CN has a broad investment mandate which allows us to invest across all levels of the capital structure, from senior secured debt to common equity. We take a value-oriented, long-term view to investing and seek consistent returns with an emphasis on capital preservation.
Columbus Nova investment activities are conducted through three primary investment vehicles: Columbus Nova Credit Investment Managers ("CNCI"), CN Private Equity Partners ("CNPE"), and Columbus Nova Real Estate Acquisition Group.

CN Private Equity Partners CN Private Equity Partners (“CNPE” or the “Fund”) was established in 2007 and has over $250 million of total capital available. CNPE, which is based in New York and Los Angeles, focuses on providing value-added capital to businesses within the lower middle-market segment, generally defined as companies with EBITDA of $5 million to $25 million. The Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation through leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, growth investments and other transactions in businesses that can be acquired or formed at attractive valuations

Columbus Nova Real Estate Acquisition Group ("CRAG") Columbus Nova Real Estate Equity Fund ("REEF"), seeks to invest in corporate real estate, either through sale-leaseback or mortgage transactions. With internal capital and external credit facilities, the Company has over $250 million of acquisition capacity.

CNCI founded in January 2006, specializes in leveraged loan credit products. CNCI currently manages over $1.25B of assets in multiple investment vehicles.

Columbus Nova Renewable Energy Group is dedicated to developing a global business in renewable energy with a particular focus on biofuels. To date, CN, along with our partners, have invested over $190 million of equity into White energy, Inc., one of the leading ethanol producers in the U.S.
