Mr. Intrater is CEO and Senior Managing Partner of Columbus Nova and serves on the Executive and Investment Committees for Columbus Nova. Prior to Columbus Nova, Mr. Intrater served for 15 years as President and Chief Operating Officer of Oryx Technology Inc., a scientific test equipment and advanced materials design and manufacturing company, headquartered in San Jose, CA. While at Oryx, he led the company’s 1994 IPO and oversaw two strategic acquisitions, including the purchase of Zenith’s power converter division. Mr. Intrater is still a major shareholder and serves as a member of their Board of Directors.
In his role as head of Columbus Nova’s private equity effort, he completed a $51-million equity/debt investment in 2005 for a controlling stake in Moscow CableCom, the Moscow-based broadband MSO. He served as Chairman of the Board of this NASDAQ-listed company help realizing a gain of over 250% in share price before the company was sold to the controlling shareholder.
Mr. Intrater also serves on the Board of Directors for White Energy, Inc., a leading ethanol producer in the U.S. Mr. Intrater completed his B.S. in Chemical Engineering at the Rutgers University College of Engineering and graduate studies in Materials Science at the Columbia University School of Mines.

Jason Epstein is a Senior Partner of Columbus Nova, responsible for all of Columbus Nova’s investment activities. Mr. Epstein is a member of CN’s Executive and Investment Committees and co-leads CN’s three primary investment vehicles: Columbus Nova Credit Investment Managers ("CNCI"), Columbus Nova Special Opportunities Fund, and Columbus Nova Real Estate Acquisition Group.
Prior to Columbus Nova, Mr. Epstein co-founded eLink Communications and served as its Chief Executive Officer for three years. During his tenure, Mr. Epstein raised over $100 million in equity and debt financing from leading venture capital firms. eLink was sold in 2002 to Eureka Networks creating one of the largest BLEC’s in the Mid-Atlantic and Tri-State area (the company was acquired by Broadview Networks in 2007). While at eLink, Mr. Epstein was twice a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and was named one of the “Forty Under 40 Rising Stars”, by The Washington Post’s annual Business Forward.

Mr. Haft is a Partner and a member of the Columbus Nova Executive and Investment Committees. He provides legal, business and investment expertise, calling upon many years of experience practicing law, as well as, working in strategic and financial consulting, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Haft has participated in over 250 major mergers and acquisitions and over 300 public offerings as a financial and legal expert. He has served on 30 corporate boards, including Chairman of the Executive Committee at Emerson Radio, and Director for Robotic Vision Systems, Compucom, DUSA Pharmaceuticals, Isotope Solutions and Encore Medical. In addition, Mr. Haft was the Managing General Partner of GenAm “1” Venture Fund. He has also been Senior Corporate Partner of Parker, Duryee, Rosof & Haft (1989 - 1994), Senior Partner of Rifkin, Radler, Dunne and Bayh and Founding Partner of Wofsey, Certilman, Haft, et al (1966 - 1988).

Ji Ham is a Vice President of Columbus Nova Partners where he focuses on investments in the Special Opportunities Fund. Prior to Columbus Nova Partners, Mr. Ham was a founding member of Hudson Capital Advisors, LLC, a financial advisory boutique focused on debt and equity private placement, mergers and acquisitions, and sourcing principal opportunities. Prior to joining Hudson Capital Advisors, LLC, Mr. Ham was an Associate in the Leveraged Finance Group at CIBC World Markets Corp. At CIBC World Markets Corp., Mr. Ham worked on a variety of capital markets transactions and financial advisory assignments, including: senior debt underwritings, high yield bond offerings, private placements of debt and equity, public equity offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Mr. Ham also focused on several merchant banking/private equity investment transactions for Trimaran Capital Partners, L.L.C.

Michael Sloan is a Partner of Columbus Nova, responsible for all of Columbus Nova’s investment activities. Mr. Sloan is the Secretary of the Columbus Nova Executive and Investment Committees. He joined Columbus Nova in 2002.
Prior to Columbus Nova, Mr. Sloan co-founded eLink Communications and served as its President and Chief Financial Officer for three years. He was instrumental in creating and running a company with over $100 million in equity and debt financing from leading venture firms, with over 250 employees, with offices in 12 cities in 3 countries. Ultimately, eLink Communications was sold to Eureka, which was sold to Information Highway Communications, with continued profitability, and was recently sold to Broadview Networks
Mr. Sloan has twice been a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. He received a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University in 1996.

Paul Lipari is a Partner of Columbus Nova, responsible for all investment activities. Mr. Lipari is a member of Columbus Nova’s Executive and Investment Committees. He joined Columbus Nova in July 2006.
Prior to joining Columbus Nova, Mr. Lipari was a partner and founder of Hudson Capital Advisors, LLC, a financial advisory boutique focused on debt and equity private placement, mergers and acquisitions, and sourcing principal opportunities.
Prior to forming Hudson Capital Advisors, LLC, Mr. Lipari worked for Trimaran Capital Partners, a $1.0 billion private equity fund. At Trimaran, Mr. Lipari primarily focused on Media and Telecommunications investments.
Prior to joining Trimaran Capital Partners, Mr. Lipari worked as an Executive Director in the Leveraged Finance group for CIBC World Markets, and worked on a variety of senior bank debt, high yield debt and private/public equity transactions. While in the Leveraged Finance Group at CIBC, Mr. Lipari spent considerable time working on numerous financings for Global Crossing and was partially responsible for monitoring CIBC’s private equity investment in Global Crossing. Mr. Lipari was a member of the Board of Directors for Global Crossing prior to 2000.
Before joining CIBC World Markets, Mr. Lipari worked at Salomon Brothers Inc., where he was an associate in their High Yield Group and an analyst in their Merchant Banking Group.
Mr. Lipari currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for White Energy, Inc., a leading ethanol producer in the U.S.
Mr. Lipari received his M.B.A. from The Amos Tuck Business School at Dartmouth and his B.A. from Yale University.

Mr. Kueny joined Columbus Nova Partners in July 2006. Prior to Columbus Nova Partners, Mr. Kueny was an analyst at Hudson Capital Advisors, LLC, a financial advisory boutique focused on debt and equity private placement, mergers and acquisitions, and the sourcing of principal opportunities.

Taber Anderson has been working on joint ventures with Columbus Nova since 2006. Mr. Anderson’s real estate and investment background spans over 24 years and includes direct experience in all facets of the industry including acquisitions and finance, property entitlements, master-planned residential and mixed-use commercial and hospitality development including both production and custom homebuilding.
Prior to Columbus Nova, Mr. Anderson founded Taber Anderson Properties, a real estate investment, management and development firm where he assembled a significant portfolio of well-positioned land holdings and water rights.
Prior to founding Taber Anderson Properties, Mr. Anderson progressed through key management and executive-level positions within the Lyle Anderson Companies, a large-scale real estate investment and master-planned community development firm. From 1999-2004 Mr. Anderson served as President of the firm’s primary investment and operating entities. The Lyle Anderson Company during this period had under management real estate holdings comprised of 7 distinct communities spanning from Hawaii to Scotland comprised of over 26, 000 acres and valued at nearly $3bn.
Mr. Anderson received his BA in 1986 from Pepperdine University, Malibu, California and attended Columbia University’s Masters in Real Estate Development Program. Mr. Anderson is a board member of Arizona Governor Jan Brewer’s Conservation Acquisitions Board originally appointed by former Governor Janet Napolitano now Director of Homeland Security and is a distinguished member of the Phoenix Thunderbirds, a non-profit charitable organization founded in 1937 and sponsor/operator of the Waste Management Phoenix Open golf tournament.
